expires
but Phone Cards or Calling Cards will
expire after 60 days of your first usage.
c) When you buy a new Top-Up online for example £5.00, if you have any
balance left (e.g £0.27) from your previous top-up, this will add to your new top-up and your new balance will be £5.27
3) How to Create Sona Top-Up Call Back Account and How it
works?
a) You must be a registered user of www.Londonphonecards.co.uk to
use Sona Top-Up Call Back Service
b) As soon as you register at our website, you need to submit a request to set-up a Call Back account
c) For Call Back Account, you need to submit your Trinidad & Tobago Land Line or Mobile (we do not charge extra for mobile) from which you wish to make international calls.
As soon as we set up your account we will send you a confirmation email with a unique access number (e.g 1895123456), please keep this number
safe because this access number is issued just for you only. visit our website to buy
Top-Up online for e.g £10.00, which will get credited instantly and you
can start using your Sona Top-Up Call Back Account, please see the instructions below.
Instructions:
i) You need to give a missed call (2 to 3 rings) to the unique access number(e.g 1895123456) send to you, which is U.K based that means from Trinidad & Tobago you need to dial 011 + 44 + 1895123456
You can call this access number from any phone or mobile, can be your registered phone to you requested callback or your mobile or your work number... Just as simple as that, you need
to give a missed call to U.K phone number which is so called as your unique access number e.g 1895123456
ii) Once you hang the phone after giving a missed call to the access number, our Call Back system will give you callback straight to your registered land phone or mobile from which you would like make international calls
iii) As soon as you answer our Call Back call, you will hear a message "Credit Remaining e.g £5.27", that means you are connected to our Call Back and you are ready to do your international calls
iv) Please do remember that, to make international calls, you need to use 00 + Country Code + Phone Number e.g to call USA, you need dial 00 + 1 + 732 2456 253 (but not 011 + 1 + 732 2456 253, you use this format only
when you want to give missed call to our callback access number)
v) You can do follow up (next) call just dial ## after your call without hanging the phone and our system will tell you the remaining balance & you can dial next international call 00 + Country Code + Phone Number
vi) As soon as you finish your call, just hang the phone..... thats it.....
4) You can also change your registered Call Back phone number from which you would like to make international calls
5) If you don't like our service and want to close the Call Back Account, just drop us an email thats it. There are no charges or contract for closing your account but can not give any refund on remaining credit or balance
so just finish your credit and send us email request to close your account
